Very disappointed

Angle of view is narrow, after a software upgrade my smartcast stopped working, bad sound, audio gets out of sync when watching movies. I wouldn't buy another Vizio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this TV in the summer of 2020, and it has never worked well. Many times it has locked up because it couldn’t run an update. I’ve called customer service and gone through all of their troubleshooting options, only to have the problem not resolved. Then a week or so later, it suddenly updates and all is well. I probably won’t buy another Vizio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture is really clear and when their is a system glitch, the instructions are easy to follow and I can correct anything

Apps and Smartcast

i’ve had my tv for a couple months now, it’s my second one of its kind I broke the last. I gave it a 3 cause sometimes the screen glitches or the tv as a whole does. often have to reset or factory reset which is a bummer. otherwise I love it and it was a great value

I love it except one thing..

I have to continuously reset the TV to enable smartcast every time I try using it :-( other than that I love it but I'm not very happy that it's not working like it should be..

Has a very beautiful picture in a lot of apps but the sound quality leave something to be desired and it doesn't seem to want to stay connected to any of the apps after a while
