Bought a year ago. Not bad dose everything its supposed to do. Remote control is kind of cheap. And I'm mad I have to register at all to get the pop up to go away (which it hasn't.)

I purchased my second Vizio, my first I bought in 2001, and it's still going with no problems, now that's what you call professional grade product, such a great product.

Sound is terrible

I bought 60’’ VIZIO TV a year ago the sound was so perfect. Now I have this 50” and the sound is terrible really like the imagen but the sound make me turn off the tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't turn on most of the time.

We bought this back in January. It was decent for about a month. Then it wasn't. Sometimes it make a loud buzz sound when we try to turn it on, and it refuses to come on. Sometimes it just won't turn on at all. We do power cycles multiple times a day. I've reached out to customer service, just for them to walk me through the power cycle process. Again.
It also does this fun thing where, when we're playing a 2 player game on the PS4, it doesn't recognize the HDMI cable is plugged in, and it will warn us during our game that the tv us about to turn off because of it. Even though we can clearly see and hear the game, so the HDMI cable is definitely working. Maybe we got a faulty tv, I don't know. But we threw the box away already, and can't return it. Pretty close to trashing the tv as well. I definitely don't recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
