Salesperson told my wife it was a much better picture you’ll love it.
Looks like our Vizio that just died on us after just five years.
Very disappointed we didn’t get a Sony.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Busted speaker

My daughter could tell the left speaker was crackling right off the bat. Got a sound to overcome it.

Needs a little consistency

It's ok but I thought it would be better. Had a green screen issue and it wouldn't turn off the other day. Random things like that happen and then it works ok for a while.
