Not too happy with purchase

How can I install new streaming apps to this model. It should not be as difficult as I am finding it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. This is the 2nd Vizio television we have owned. The first one is still working fine, but we wanted to upgrade to a smart TV

Google assistant works really well!!

I like that I can program the Google assistant so I don't have to reach for the remote all the time, I just simply ask google to turn on netflix and it goes right to netflix

I saw this brand for the first time in the house of a boss of my wife and I loved it I have an LG 4K smart and the Vizio they had was not as new as mine but it had an incredible image quality and menu so I loved it .and finally I was able to buy one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome 4K UHD Picture and regular HD amazing pic

I got my 55" 4K UHD HD about 3 months ago and I haven't had any regrets buying it , it has amazing clarity on the Regular UHD HD channels on cable and the 4 K UHD HD Will blow your mind on how crystal clear and sharp the colors and picture is , it keeps me amazed and I watch nature, space , mountain, water videos in the 4K , I promise you will not regret getting this tv Vizio makes an excellent product. I give 5 stars even 10 if it had the choice.
