The volume on the remote lag way to much and way to often help pls

Didnt realize that there was different models to choose from or i wouldnt of choose the v series i would of upgraded kinda disappointed its not vizio it was the store i bought my tv from. No selection. Connection issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
