I would recommend to start with checking your source device (cable boxes, DVD players, gaming consoles) connections and setting to make sure that the TV is receiving a signal that is higher than 480p. I love everything

My old Visio finally gave up the ghost after 10 years. I saw this one advertised on Walmart.com, I had to drive an hour to get it and it barely fit in my trunk, but well worth. The picture quality is amazing and I am still exploring all the apps available. It connected to my WiFi with no issues at all. Great product, I’m even considering getting one for my bedroom. Best part is that you couldn’t beat the price for the quality that you get
