Bought the tv was excited about the purchase 2 weeks into having this tv I encounter several problems volume wouldn’t go up or down with remote or back of tv then the picture would go from what I was watching back to Home Screen
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was completely happy with my TV until my smart cast stopped working. And I can't figure out to turn mirror imaging back on. Nothing I googled is helping either. Only thing I could do is factory reset, which is definitely annoying having to re enter all my app information again

Setup was a snap, simple guided step by step process. Out of the box the picture and sound is a great! The remote is perfect with the quick simple click to start up Prime, Netflix, Disney...
