Disappointed can not down load any apps other than what was factory installed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello EJRSR, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

I'd been wanting to get a smart tv to make it easier to stream. I didn't actually have a streaming service, just access with Chromecast. This makes it so much easier. I already had a 55" tv, so if I was getting a new one, even for my room, I was going bigger! Since I've had it, I've been spending a lot of time curled up in bed! Picture is great, and sound is more than enough for my room.

I bought the TV a month ago and hadn't got to watch it much. When I get to watch the TV it jumps from my movie back to he home screen it does it alot on some channels. Thats my only problem with the TV ive seen forums where alot of people are having this problem.

Perfect for those on a budget

We have only had ours for 2 weeks, but so far we are pleased. The picture quality is great and extremely comparable to some of the more expensive models. So far we've had no issues with the sound; however, a Vizio sound bar would be a nice accessory in the future. The price did not destroy our budget. No buyer's remorse.
