After watching t.v. with a burned out screen for over a year this vizio is a sight for my sore eyes.

So far the TV is great. My only complaint is that you cannot easily add apps directly to the TV itself without casting from another device.

The nanny settings suck

The first unit did not work after spending 42 on the pohone with Tech.
The second unit worked but was so encumbered with "nanny state settings" that it took me another 40 min or so with tech support to figure out how to circumvent them.

Easy setup

This tv replaces a SAMSUNG that was only 3 years old, but was just too complex and not user-friendly. The VIZIO lacks a bit of the other tv's color sharpness, but is far easier to use. Setup was a breeze- my wife and I figured it out. VIZIO technical support was also quite helpful. Tough to beat this tv for the value for the money. I have other VIZIO's, too. They're durable and exceptional value for the money. The remote should be lighter in color- hard to read the features sometimes.
