65 inch mistake

Had tv 3 weeks nothing but issues. Freezes, locks up ,remote dont work50% of the time.,slow command. Big mistake to buy .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its a good tv

Bought for christmas and well. The tv wont connect with The app so i can have a secondary remote. Very frustrating. With small children who constantly misplace the remote the app would be handy!

Needed bigger TV for the bedroom. Now I have to get a new one for the living room. Have an older Vizio but it does have online features.

I cant watch any of the apps i love to watch

well I didnt do my research before buying because i had assumed EVERY tv was set up like a TCL where u can literally download ANY APP. the VIZIO I just bought has a limited selection of apps that you are able to download and access. My luck most of the apps i am used to watching and having access to is not available on this tv. what kind of wack crap is this!?!?

Hello kaylam2012, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
