Audio issues

picture is great BUT audio is not - background noise is VERY LOUD - to the point you cannot hear what is being said -especially on ads - voices are not clear, are so soft can't understand words.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Mrs.D, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. There are a couple settings in the TV's Audio menu that might help with your situation. The first one is the Volume Leveling setting. That will help to bring the audio to a certain range so there does not seem to be one louder than the other. The second setting to check will be the Surround Sound. This setting used along with the Volume Leveling could have an impact on the perceived audio as well. Works as advertised

We bought a 65” about 3 weeks ago. Very happy with the purchase. Took a few days to get the picture just the way we wanted and found that for us viewing the Picture in the Game view gives us the best picture quality. Love it.
