I bought this a few months ago and I just set it up for the first time last month it was kinda a pain in the butt at first but now its awesome it's almost like a smart phone in a lot of ways

For the money definitely satisfied thus far. We had a Vizio Tv that it was replacing which we loved. It still works and is awesome especially at that time it had a high pixel ratio picture. You definitely can tell the difference when viewing dark scene movies. When going from 32 to 50 is a challenge in this area unless you want to spend 2 to 3 times as much. The previews helped before purchase. I would advise to read them as I found that all of the concerns could be corrected in the menu options ranging from sound to color etc. I really have no issues to report and all aspects of the Tv is fine thus far. No regrets!

Returned after two days

Volume wouldn’t go up or down when pushed on remote, Netflix or any other app would start up then shut down and go to Home Screen! I read up and lots of people had the volume issue. Said we needed to reset. If I have to reset a new tv I don’t want it. So we returned and got different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still getting use to it

It's a change from our 50" fire tv. The new features are good and I'm still learning all that it can do. It does have a very good picture and going from 50 to 65" is good for the room we have it in.
