This may disqualify me from the thousand dollar price for leaving an honest review, but the ad team Vizio has is AMAZING, too bad the quality control isn't as good. Out the box the right side was completely dark, figured it was already broken. I tapped it on the edge around where it was dark (not hard at all) but must've been enough to get it to get the pixels working. (Which amazed me considering that its meant to be a full array tv and not a direct light one). As far as colors go, i wasn't excited with them from the box so i had to play around with the options to get them to my desired preferences. Otherwise everything seemed to be working just fine until I installed the Hands Free Alexa. Little did i know that completely ruined the whole tv. Now i can only have acces to Alexa & the satellite channels (which isnonly 3-5) of them. I've been trying it all, factory reset but still no luck. Idk how to get it back to getting all other features tobwork again. Ineven plugged my old Alexa with no luck.
If anyone has anyway to help me fix this issue, I'd greatly appreciated!!!!

Great for the price

Everything looks great, my internet isn’t the best since I live out in the sticks, so I have to constantly reset the the TV, but that’s not Vizios fault.
I do have problems with the built in audio, sometimes hearing the audio fluctuate so much is odd, for example when actors talk it’s not very loud, but when action scenes start the volume is cranked to 11. I will probably invest in a nice sound bar soon, hopefully that does the trick.
Overall great TV
