CLARITY AND SIZE OF PICTURE

I do not understand why the screen will not show the whole picture and why it is fuzzy/ O:(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When there is a picture that is not very sharp or clear along with not filling the whole screen, that indicates that you are viewing a TV show or movie that was recorded in a format that does not fit a widescreen TV that is an aspect ratio of 16:9. Bought it for our family room downstairs. Mounted on the wall, hooked up surround sound, followed on screen instructions. Viola! Done!
