Nice picture,easy set up, but horizontal line

it's a nice picture, actually very beautiful screen the set up is very easy and straight forward. For some reason I ended up with a thick vertical black line on my screen. I am contacting the support team to see if they can help me.

I love it so far. Only one software issue. When guest turn my tv on, they have no idea it’s on because it doesn’t go straight to the homepage like my other vizio tv’s. It turns on a stays on a black screen. You have to manually push the Home Screen button. They think my tv doesn’t work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a Vizio many moons ago, told my Mom when she updated hers but she wanted the Consumer Guide pick of the year. Twice as much money! Hers died after 3 yrs?? She ended up with a Vizio. I have since updated mine to a smart TV. Again, a Vizio. Love Vizio!

Picture quality is perfect

Bought the tv for my husband for Christmas. Never been happy with the picture and size. Only problem is the sound voice is very low but the background sound is perfect.

I purchased this tv as a replacement. It has a beautiful picture, the only thing that I have noticed is the sound is low and at certain times I have to have the volume up.
