Love the sharp clear colorful picture

We bought this just a few weeks ago and I love it! I had to be taught how to work it, though, but once I got the "hang" of switching from the "icons" to my carrier back and forth, I have the best of both worlds!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Combination of Quality & Price

Way back when large flat screens came out I research and viewed plasmas vs. LCD screens. Also compared expensive against mid-price and low-price brands. Vizio was by far the best choice. The viewing quality is great and the price is reasonable. I just purchased my 4th Vizio television. I own a 28", a 38" and two (2) 58" sets. I would not even think about purchasing another brand.

This is our third Visio. The color is amazing, the sound is clear and it was very easy to set up. Our first Visio, more than 15 years old, is still working at our kids house.

I should have done some research. I have 3 other smart tvs in my home, all of which allow you to add apps to it, such as Peloton Fitness, Calm, etc.... This TV comes with what it has loaded and that is what you get. I purchased this to be in my workout room due to the larger size but it's my fault for not knowing you cannot add apps. Just a bit of insight for those looking at this model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Alicia421, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

A Little Confusing

Great video when it works. Lousy Audio. Easy to set-up. The day after setting up the audio stopped responding to the remote. We were unable to adjust the audio. I had to Reboot the unit. That appeared to fix the audio volume control. Now the unit will sometimes give an ugly video which only fills about 1/2 of the screen. It will be green with dots and stripes. After turning the unit off and on a few times the video cleared up. I am surprised at these problems. I chose this over a Samsung. Maybe I should have stuck with the Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice TV but there are issues with the volume and

Great TV but there are issues with the volume using the remote control and I keep getting kick out of apps when watching Netflix, Prime Video, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television, we also have the SmartCast Mobile application in your mobile device’s application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
