Good tv for price

We have absolutely loved vizio's quality. So we bought our second tv I'm giving this 4 stars because the sound quality is lacking when watching regular TV. If playing a game on the ps4 the sound is great but if we are watching tv we have to have the volume way up to hear it.

The Vizio TV I purchased is not to bad at all... I just wanted to know WHY there wasn't a owners manual in the box? Is it because Vizio is trying to save $$$?
