Great TV but volume is lagging

I bought this TV around a month ago and the TV is great but when we attempt to control the volume either by the remote or the TV itself it lags. It has seemed to frustrate my husband to the point where he wants to get a new TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice TV. Just the right size for me

I don't care for the remote. FeelS cheaply made. It's too long & top heavy. Input button too far from "ok" navigator button. Can't reach without having to crawl my hand up. A BIG PROBLEM, remote tends to fall off my hand.

TV has good picture and was easy to set up. We did have an issue with casting. The programs couldn't see the TV as a choice. We had to unplug the TV to get it to show up in the list. Only happened once. Other than that, no problems.

Great picture and really alot of product for the money. Took some time to get it adjusted but now that its working with the sound bar .. perfection.

This is my 4th Visio, so I was not surprised that it was near perfect. I love all the features such as the refresh rate and resolution. I had to readjust the color, but am very happy with the sharp, clear and life-like picture. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't like the legs on each side rather than one in the middle, which limits how it can be placed on the top of furniture. And the power cord was very short...

it's been 3 weeks using this unit. fair price, 4K?, more like 1080p, it has some sound, I'm not a video and sound critic. this is an acceptable unit if you are not. has apps (popular video streaming apps), not web browser but, then it is not a computer. easy Wi-Fi and Alexa set up. it's for you, if you need a medium size TV/MONITOR without spending hundreds and hundreds of $$$.
