perhaps it was defective? Returned after 1 week.

I bought and after 1 week, returned. The colors muted, not very clear and none of the apps would work. When I tried to run an app, after two or more minutes, it would show that the app couldn't run. Would arbitrarily turn on or off. Would arbitrarily switch to Roku or NVidia shield instead of the input I was on. Went with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We upgraded our Vizio 45” tv with this 65” tv AND WE LOVE IT!!! Amazing quality, the picture is unreal. The sound is great. Cannot recommend this enough.

Love this tv. Smart cast is awesome.. can put things from my phone straight to my tv..apps to watch basically everything... Picture quality is amazing .

Excellent tv. Works great great price. I now have three Visio TVs. The firs one I bought about 10 years ago and still has a great picture and sound. I will always buy Visio TVs.

My son loves his new tv, so many apps and features. If I didn’t just recently get a new tv myself I would have gotten another Vizio like his. Much better than LG in my opinion!
