Missing plug

Looks good Sam’s Club just forgot to give me the plug for the TV. I think it was an open box, due to the extra tape on the box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you purchased it as an open-box, it's possible that something happened to remove the accessories that was outside of our control. I bought 3 smart tvs. The remotes are kind of delayed but hopefully everything starts working correctly soon.

picture quality comparison to 1080

Can't really tell the difference in picture quality in comparison to my existing Vizio TV's. What exactly is presented in 4k?

I've had this for a month. Love the features and how easy it is to figure out. Only thing I don't like is sometimes with streaming services you have to turn the volume up to 100, as compared YouTube where I can keep the volume around 20-30. Not sure what the remedy for that would be but besides that love the t.v. I bought.

My friend felt sorry for me cause my TV just wasn't smart, so when my brother asked her what I needed for Xmas, she said a smart TV. I'm so happy feeling smart, since I set it up by myself !!!

Will buy again perfect for gaming 4K @60hz I can’t get the 120 motion @ 1080p to work on Fortnite my FPS still at 60
