I bought this about 2 weeks ago and everything is great about it, except it randomly won’t allow my apps on it to play and the audio could be a little better

Pretty decent tv

The picture and operating system for the tv is outstanding, but the audio has issues. The audio will get really loud then really quiet. It’s very irritating and doesn’t seem to have a fix. Disappointed in that but that’s it
