Very well packaged, fairly easy to assemble, using the wall mount from my old one that was also a 70 inch. Very sharp picture.

Bought this tv brand new and it glitches... flashes from the movie screen to smart cast screen whenever I’m watching a movie. Sometimes when I watch a movie lines go across the screen in a stripe pattern. The tv doesn’t respond to the remote sometimes, it’s a brand new remote and batteries. I bought this myself and took it home, it was not dropped or damaged in my possession. I gotta say I’m disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For your situation I would recommend a power cycle of the TV, and then to doing a factory reset if the issues persist beyond the power cycle. I was very surprised on how smooth the UI works on this TV. The alexa compatibility is amazing. The picture is amazing.

There are more expensive TV's with but if you are looking for a 40" 4K TV, this is the best value out there. Bought for my son to use with his XBOX. Resolution is clear and the dynamic motion rate makes gaming smooth even at 60hz. If you are looking for a wall arm mount the Kanto M300 works great with this TV.
