Remote has problems

[Employee of vizio] I bought this TV a month ago and just put it up it has great picture and nice features but when you try to go into apps by pressing the ok button there is a delay like a minute and a half. It really frustrates me that this is happening
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My tv doesn’t work right, the apps don’t stay on long enough to watch anything, my sound bottom on the tv and remote doesn’t work

Sons TV has a green dot

Just bought my son this TV for xmas and now today its the DEC27. Had a first family movie night in his room and a green dot is now showing on the screen. A little under 3 days of use and the screen already has a green dot in it. Very disappointed because the Vizio we have in our living room is smaller but we have owned it for 6 years now with no problems hence why we only buy Vizio. Very disappointed this time with this TV and now Im thinking of finally switching brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The tv was black at first I could hear things but not see them. I could only cast things. After leaving it on all night then powering it off the Vizio screen and features popped up and it’s been good since
