I would rate this TV a 5 star, if it came with a user manual. The set was easy to hook-up, but tuning was trial and error, without a manual in hand.

We bought this to replace our smaller TV and we wanted a larger smart TV. This has been great with features and all. However the TV does not look 4k at all and we have had issues with the volume working intermittently
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had a VIZIO before, so our expectations were high--this TV has exceeded our expectations! The picture is crystal clear and perfect, and the sound is also amazing! The only tiny request would be to have more apps available, otherwise, this is a great purchase!
