I purchased my Visio V705-H13 aka H03 two weeks ago and the 4K quality is great. The two model numbers are the same TV. All features are the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The TV features are great. Do not care for the remote control at all. Buttons are too small and the closed captioning button too close to the button to change the channel. Difficult to use. Have to be careful not to drop it on the bed otherwise it can turn off the TV or change the channel.

The amount of features for such a low price. Customer service answers long hours of the night. You don’t need cable with the T.V.
