4 month old “smart tv” without supported apps

I bought this TV 4 months of go and the software is so antiquated that Netflix no longer works on it. You are not able to add apps to this TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Own 6 Vizio’s from 32” to 65”. The oldest is 12 years old. Never had any trouble with Visio products
