Love it but it has issues...

I love this tv and use it frequently, my only problem is there is consistent freezing up on me and requires me to pull the plug on the tv to get it to work again... only happens when I’m using apps on the tv itself but otherwise it’s an amazing tv to own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some concerns

The TV works well in Smartcast, but the sound frequently doesn’t work while in HDMI mode. We have to start an application then go back to hdmi mode for the sound to work.
