Lots of issues

I was really excited to buy this tv but when I received it I was very disappointed. After mounting it on the wall and setting it all up, I turned it on and I noticed there were spots on tv. It looks like the screen is “folded” in areas. The spots are large and brighter than the rest of the tv, it really sticks out. The tv also glitches often, it will freeze or just go black and you have to unplug it. Sometimes I’m not able to go back to the home screen at all for some reason so I have to unplug it. Those issues arises after the allotted time I had to return it to the store or else I would’ve. I wish this tv didn’t have so many problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love the new TV but the remote stopped working about a month after I bought the RC fir my husband. The only ok thing about that is we used another Visio remote with it and it worked.

Love that its a smart tv, wish it didn’t glitch so much when trying to use the watch free or extra added apps but for the most part it works to plug my game up to

It has 100's of apps (even games) and free tv channels and the picture and sound quality also make it worth it.

Old Visio went out LED strip in the bottom right corner finally got tired of a flickering screen went and purchased 55 inch excellent value great picture very very happy with this new product old TV was 10 years old... hoping I’ll get that out of this new product
