Good picture great features

Had problem after 1 week with picture not working but the menu and settings did. I called customer support and they were able to walk me through and fix the problem. Thanks

Bought this 4 days ago and even though I'm still in the honeymoon phase, I love this thing. The simple and super easy interface makes watching any streaming service easy. Watching HIMYM on Hulu Boom!!! done, need a break to watch The Office on Netflix,for now, QUICK FAST in a Flash we are there.

Sound issues

I keep having sound issues. Volume button on the tv doesn’t adjust sound just like the remote

Bought this tv 01-2020. It’s worked great every day. Mirroring from other electronic devices has worked great every time. That is the main reason I bought it. Work from and seeing my pc screen on the tv works great and I can use the tv as a second monitor.
