Nice TV But no ROKU App

No ROKU app and am having a hard time getting it to connect with my router, will be calling support.

Good TV

It's a good TV however after only 20 days I have a red and green vertical line through it. I'm trying to get it replaced with the same one because we really do like it minus the lines of course.

We bought it two weeks ago and had trouble with the audio staying on. Hope we have the issue figured out. Other than that, so far so good!

I already knew I was buying a great TV, Vizio has been in my home for about ten years. We own six Vizio TV, this one being our biggest at 70".
