Netflix App Disabled/Doesn't play

Bought for gaming and Netflix usage. The Netflix app didn't work. Called Vizio customer support who provided absolutely no assistance and instead referred me to Netflix (???). Returned TV to store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Visio TV. (I liked the the first one so I bought another one).The remote did not work right out of the box. I checked the batteries that came with the remote, they were good. I tried new batteries and remote still doesn't work. I ended up using my old Visio remote to operate and set up the TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!
