Great picture quality and features for the price

Been using this tv for three days and I just love it. From the HDMI 2.1 ports, gaming engine to reduce lag. The picture quality rival's my old Sony X800G, which is much more expensive. While the Sony was very sluggish going thru menus and apps, this vizio is lightning quick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the 1st time I received my TV via delivery, I was quite impressed to see how the packaging stood up to thru the shipping process. Unboxing was just as exciting as turning it on for the 1st time, the lift bag with handles provided a great assist.
I can honestly say I am considering canceling my DirecTV service. I’m so serious if you’re using a Fire Stick throw it away and just go buy this TV. I have more apps and programs than I know what to do with. I was up all night creating new (FREE) accounts for all the apps that are already programmed.
The picture is amazing, it so clear. Look guys I could go on and on about these features but I think it’s time for you to get you one. Vizio has the best prices and their products last. I have been a loyal Vizio customer for as long as I can remember.

Very good TV

Wish I could give a 4.5 out of 5 stars........this is a great TV and the wife and I really love Vizio products as we have owned several in the past 10-12 years. Currently, we own 4 TVs.
But yes - I would give a 4.5 out of 5 for this current model as the sound output feature died on us after owning the TV for 3 months. We connect our TV to our stereo surround system, so using the TV speakers (which are fine) doesn't really work for us.
Needless to say, we contacted Vizio support and they replaced the unit hassle-free within 2 weeks (would've been quicker but there were issues related to Covid-19) and we were back up and running within an hour of removing the new unit from the box.
We really love Vizio products and only taking off 1/2 a point as we feel this was a lemon situation and will still continue to support and buy these products going forward. Great quality for the price!

My First Smart TV

I bought Vizio because I have 3 other Vizio (not smart)HD TV's - they are all approximately 9 years old and still work fine. I'm hoping that will be the case with this one. My only dissatisfaction is the remote is so small and slippery to use - keys are flush with remote

I purchased 10 months ago. Began having problems with maintaining a connection to wifi. Then the screen went out. Vizio was nice enough to replace with a refurbished replacement. I have had the replacement for 9 days. This one is having connection problems and the screen freezes. I have always purchased vizio products. From sound bars to flat screens. Never had any issues. However this model is trash. The 9 days I have had this v-series, ive had to unplug and reset the television multiple times. However this is temporary because its still giving me. problems. My other flat screens stay connected, so this isn't a connection problem. Stay away from the v-series.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
