I bought this a month ago and the HDMI ports Aren't working out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the 65” TV about 2 weeks ago. I have been very pleased with it. It was easy to set up. The picture is very good and we especially like that it comes with Netflix and chrome already in the tv.
