horrible audio, terrible picture

I purchased 10 days ago, audio was horrible. I tried every possible setting adjustment and to no avail. Picture was unacceptable, not crisp nor clear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this TV at a local grocery store for a steal. With the help of my tech-savvy son, who detailed the important features, I bought it to discover it exceeded all expectations. This is my second Vizio big screen TVs purchase. That now makes me a loyal follower.
