It is not the 1st Vizio we have bought. We are return customers . Color options just a great tv.

Good picture

I bought this in November and it only worked for 2 days. I did all the troubleshooting that was advised then contacted Visio for help. They gave me a few more tips and when nothing worked they immediately sent me out a new one and drivers that delivered set up new one and took down bad one. This one is great and they quickly took care of the issues with first one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had it for six months or so. TV has great color and sharpness. Bezel is very thin, wireless works fine.
