Easy to set up, light weight (50"0)and beautiful picture. I'm a repeat customer for Vizio TVs because I like the product and think they are reasonably priced

Great when it is working correctly

The sound will go off or not come on and has to be unplugged and restarted. The video drops and sometime the connection can be wiggled or requires unplugging and restarting. e have a service request for a replacement. We have an email that has a tracking number that does not work. When the trouble ticket is accessed after searching for the entry to key in the ticket number, it says it may be a while before the replacement ships. Still don't know what is to be done with the defective one.
