We purchased this about a month ago and it meets or exceeds our expectations. It was easy to mount on the wall, I love being able to log right in to some of my favorite sites. It was definitely worth the price we paid for it.

We've had this TV for around a month now and it was extremely easy to set up and use straight out of the box. I just wish it had more HDMI ports.

Love the TV except that you have to download an app to turn on 4K features! It took me forever to figure that out. I kept thinking I didn’t Purchase a 4K TV. I know of a few people that I’ve had to help them to turn on the 4K and HDR through the app. So only for that reason I give the TV 3 stars. It’s very annoying to have to download an app to turn on those features. I think it should be automatic as soon as you hook up a 4K compatible product. Like I said, other then that it’s a very Superior picture on the television for the price I paid! I’m hoping they patch this in an update for the TV in the future.

Hello LiveWire, your television should display any 4K content that is provide without any needed adjustments. You may need to turn on the 'Full Color UHD' setting in the input menu but this should be able to be completed from the on screen menu. If you have any questions about your television please reach out to our customer support.

Wonderful Viewing Experience

I got this smart tv about a month ago after repeatedly declaring I wanted to upgrade our former tv. This TV has changed our family viewing habits for the better. It was the first time in while that we’ve all enjoyed movies together. We didn’t just watch, we felt like we were actually close to the action on the screen. The images are so clear and sharp! And with the smart functions, we have an almost infinite selection of movies and videos to watch without having multiple boxes and usb sticks plugged in. I would definitely purchase a Visio TV like this again.
