It very simple remote not so much touch up goes down turn down goes up very random no constancy but tv is awesome

This is our 5th Vizio tv and still satisfied with product,our last one was gave to a granddaughter and still looks as good as the day it was purchased.

Couldn’t connect to Netflix

The TV was great! The aggregator if free movies is a smart technology move as you don’t have to go to each streaming channel to check free movies. But the fact that I couldn’t get Netflix was a deal breaker. I ended up returning it!
