Eye popping

My first 4k UHD tv and that pleases me. Have it connected to a xfinity 4k cable box which delivers 4k video and 5.1 audio.
Assemble was very simple especially since the TV is so light -- just two legs. The tv is very well packaged for travel and the plastic that the set is wrapped in has built in handles along the topso carrying it around was easy.
Much to my delight, the xfinity cable box and the Vizio tv worked together to set up the visual/audio/remote settings nearly without my intervention. Once connected to the internet (WiFi, in my case) the tv preformed a firmware update without my intervention. Setting the video parameters had only one surprise: had to set the "color" to 96/100 level.
Delighted. Even got Alexia to connect.
Next step is to connect a 3.1 sound bar (using optical) as I want the middle channel for movies.

Nice TV

I bought my Vizio 2 weeks ago to replace a 5 year-old Samsung that just suddenly died. So far I'm very happy with it. The picture and color are excellent and it's noticeably brighter than the Samsung ever was. Setup was easy - we went from unboxing the tv to watching it in half an hour or so and that includes integrating it with our home entertainment receiver, blue ray player and satellite receiver. After 2 weeks, I am still impressed with the picture and the way the colors just "pop" - impressive. Great for football, too.

This television is worth not only the look at, but worth the buy. I have purchased Vizio in the past, and everyone of them have been good, but not like this one. The picture popped a little more when playing games, and the sound was tremendous. Watching Netflix, and other apps are on point.
I would recommend this to a friend!
