I love the large size, good color and picture, however I had to call because I had no picture. C/S very good, she walked me through the process to get the TV working again. Not happy I have had to do this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Picture

Picture is fantastic once I figured out with customer service how to change the resolution from 480i to 1080i. The sound could be better, especially for music in movies. I am considering purchasing one of the sound bars you can purchase

The TV is great although watching dark movies has a tendency to blur the black areas. Overall its a great TV for the price!
