Poor sound

When I purchase this tv back in June, I was excited because of all the functionality and characteristics of this model. After mounting and setting up the tv; I was trying g to find the option for adding new Apps. Although this model provides a # of apps, I wanted to install a few more. The most important app I tried to install was my Spectrum app. I use them as my cable and internet provider. I currently access their app via my Samsung smart tv which I was able to download the app without issues. I found out after speaking to a customer service representative that Vizio does not allow customers to download apps. I can cast from an iPad or IPhone to the tv but that’s not what I want. I want to be able to connect to my cable channels as I do with my Samsung tv. I don’t think this was thought out much by Vizio. Currently I’m forced to us my ROKU device to access my Spectrum app. That an additional cost because I had to purchase it. I feel that the manufacturer should have stated on the package that apps can’t be downloaded because Vizio does not offer an App Store. To me this is not a “Smart TV”. If I can’t download apps. Ie HBO which is not offered on the list. Lastly, I was told this is an ongoing concern by customers and VIZIO is working on it but no completion date scheduled. Very Disappointed!! The only consolation is the Tv has a beautiful picture and sound. I would receive on that level

Amazing tv

Great buy for the price. I have owned Vizio tv’s for many years and never had any issues. So far this one has not disappointed me yet. I love the amazing colors it produces on 4K and being a smart TV it comes with tons of well know apps that you can stream.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been enjoying the ease of using this smart TV. I love that you can easily control it from a smart phone or even HomePod or Alexa. The quality is great and the price was what sold me.
