Didn't work

I plugged it in and then after downloading the firmware and channels wouldn't load. After troubleshooting, I contacted Vizio tech support and after trying more troubleshooting, tech support admitted to me that there was a firmware issue and there was no patch. I took my tv back and got an LG. It works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this Vizio last week and I am so very happy with it. There is so many apps I have on my phone and my appleTv it makes watching everything so much easier.

Love Vizio my last vizio tv still work an it was a 2007 model i just needed a 4K tv an i am absolutely blown away with it.
