this purchase was a major mistake. I have owned many televisions but this one is a nightmare to operate. How can you take something so simple and make it miserable to understand?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new Vizio Smart TV. Great picture and easy to navigate. I was able to do the setup and connect to home network with no problem.
