Easy to use, great picture, awesome price, easy setup, great features, overall it's an awesome TV. Only negative is the volume, but our Vizio soundbar fixed that. So no harm there foul there.

Bought it online, delivered in a timely manner, setting up was easy but required two people due to size (55 inch) Excellent picture quality.
