I bought the tv in February at a great price. Wonderful quality, easy set up and use. Just within the past 2 weeks, tv would power on, but remain black. If I pulled the power Cord and placed it back, the tv would work as intended for 1-2 days then do it again. Customer support was extremely helpful, but after doing all the troubleshooting, including factory reset, it didn’t work. Now the tv won’t power on at all unless I pull the power cord and replace. Vizio is replacing the entire tv. I gave it 3 stars because when the tv is working as it is suppose to, it’s awesome, however, I give Vizio and its customer support team a 5 Star rating.

Terrible TV, Company & Customer Service

I cannot decide what is the worst thing about Vizio. Is it the terrible product itself, which has connectivity issues, limited applications and horrible sound. Is it the rude and condescending customer service techs(plural) who would not listen to the issues with the TV. Or, is it just the company as a whole, who seems determined to drag this issue out until my warranty runs out & they wont have to fix the TV.
