Bought this 3 weeks ago and returned it. Most of the time I had to reboot to get sound. Bought the D and it's working fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Nonya - while we're bummed you were having issues with your V-Series, we're glad to see you gave us another shot with one of our D-Series. Both great options. It's possible there was a bigger issue with your V-Series which might explain the sound issue. For any technical issues, please contact us at support.VIZIO.com so we can help troubleshoot and get your VIZIO TVs performing at the highest levels for you.
Loved my old Vizio, this one seems to have a flakey network; 4 other TVs are fine including my old Vizio. Only started to do it after 2 months of having it.

I bought this TV a few weeks ago and I’m still amazed at the quality of the 4K! I’m a heavy gamer and have been amazed at the HDR capabilities and frame rate great buy!
I got my 50in about 2 weeks ago or so. This will makemy 3rd VIZIO tv i have purchased.love everything about VIZIO tv’s from the way they’re built down to the screen displays and...just everything about them. When i got my 42in i was ecstatic and now that i have an even bigger 1,i just can’t get enough. I will end up with a VIZIO TV in every single room in my house(excluding the restroom-lol). I will only own a VIZIO. GREAT TV’S !!!
