Yes, I did buy this and have enjoyed it very much. I have had to reload it as if it was brand new. For some reason it just stops loadi,g the free programs, Hulu and Netflix. me off but I love it when it works. I'd love to have the CEO or someone important in Visio standing here when that happens, they'd leave with no teeth, and that's a promise. It's a great TV. But the faults that happen are inexcusable..
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would have given it 5 stars as the picture and feature set is great for the price. Love the HomeKit Integration!!! But it arrived with a scratch on the screen. The box looked fine, so I don’t think It happened during shipping. You can’t really notice it when the screen is on, but it’s pretty obvious when the TV is off. I didn’t want to hassle with returning, and I needed the TV, so I’ll learn to deal with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regarding your scratch, VIZIO is committed to making sure that our televisions meet and exceed industry packaging certifications to avoid situations like this. Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.
