The fact that you can’t add apps is very annoying. We ended up adding a roku to the tv so we would have access to other apps. The tv itself is very nice though. Good picture, easy setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wouldn’t really call it a smart TV. You can’t download apps that aren’t already pre-installed. I don’t use iHeartRadio, I use Spotify. So I’m unable to download the app to listen to music through my television like I normally do. You can use Alexa to manipulate the TV, but only when it’s on. Alexa can’t turn on or off the TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product and I love how easy it is to use. I just hope if I do have problems they stand behind their products.
