Not happy with this tv the service is good but this is second bad tv with no sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv a week ago, and it's been such a great experience. Compared price quality, is remarkable. The image quality is really great, about the sound quality is good, but I recommend to use and external sound system to better results.
I would recommend this to a friend!
