Initially they remote acted up, but the service person on the phone was super helpful, and I now know how to troubleshoot the remote. It's undergone that there are no control in the actual tv, so the remote is all you have, but so far so good.
Great picture! Working beautifully since kinks worked out. We've enjoyed it more than going to the theater!
